The Bride catalog covers two fundamental seat philosophies. Real Bride seats have several markers that fakes consistently miss. The Bride logo is precisely embroidered or screen-printed with sharp edges and consistent spacing — counterfeits usually have fuzzy stitching, wrong font weight, or incorrect logo proportions. Authentic Gradation fabric is hand-cut with crisp, evenly-spaced color bands; replica Gradation has uneven stripe widths, washed-out colors, and printed-on patterns rather than woven fabric. Real Bride seats include a serial number plate and manufacturer markings on the seat shell; replicas often have generic or missing identification. Less common color combinations, carbon Kevlar shell options, limited-edition fabrics, and made-to-order Bride seats ship direct from Bride Japan on a 4 to 10 week lead time. Bride does not stock every variation in the US; many color and fabric combinations are built to order in Japan after we submit your order to Bride. Bride seats carry the manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Returns on unused, uninstalled seats and rails in original packaging are accepted within 30 days. Once a seat has been installed on rails, mounted in a vehicle, or shows any signs of use, it is no longer returnable — this is standard across the racing seat industry. Made-to-order Bride seats (specific color/fabric combinations built to order in Japan) are non-returnable once production has started, since they were made specifically for you. Defective seats showing manufacturing flaws are handled through Bride's warranty program, and Kami Speed processes claims directly with Bride on your behalf. Crash damage, modification, or use beyond the seat's design parameters (track use on a non-FIA seat, harness use without harness slots, etc.) voids the warranty.
